Last month's weather was fantastic for doing yoga outside.
This month is getting off to a very good start, weather-wise.
I gotta make sure that I don't do too much upper body work-outs to require a manssiere or bro later in life.
Unlike Puxatony Phil, when I see my shadow, I don't run back inside - but I did used to play ALOT of Sonic the Hedgehog on my son's 16 bit Sega years ago - does that count?
Throughout my post-work-day practice of yoga poolside today, I kept humming the TMBG classic: Particle Man. I hope I don't get hit on the head with a frying pan.

How would upper-body workouts increase chest fat?
ReplyDeleteNot chest fat, pectoral mass. I'm already at a 50 chest / 18 shirt, I don't need to hulk out any more above the xiphoid process. I've reached maximum density and do not want to end up like
ReplyDeleteJohn Basedow. Eventually, decades from now, everything is going to "sag" a little.
I am going to stick to core exercises (crunches, leg lifts, yoga with lots of long slow twisting stretches) and stationary cycling while watching the few TV shows I bother to DVR.
