Smell Your Pits

I saw this humorous picture today... and since I did yoga poolside Monday afternoon, in 102 degree heat (and direct sunlight, OUCH, that heated the mat unbearably) I actually did the "Smell Your Pits" position...  and, well, suffice it to say a shower was definitely needed after the yoga and swimming.

The "Hand Giraffe"...  LOL!  "Hey, What's Over There?"  Cobbler's pose, Downward Dog, and Bridge pose will never be the same!
