Billy is a very nice guy, professional, unassuming, knows his stuff. He's no Dale Gribble (thank goodness!). Billy was doing a pest control application at my neighbors when I walked over and spoke with him 2 weekend ago.. The next Monday he came over, sprayed judiciously (not manically) and put out boric acid traps indoors for the Argentinian sugar ants. He's taken care of my black widow and ant problems.
