Dangerous Terrorist cannot be prosecuted because of Cheney's Authorization of Torture

Lemme explain. Mohammed Al-Qahtani, one very enthusiastic Al Queda terrorist, who has been held in Guantánamo for over 6 years now - after he was sold to the US for a bounty by the Pakistanis - cannot be prosecuted, because, according to Reagan era head US Army Lawyer, Susan J. Crawford, who is also a recent Secretary of Defense Gate's appointed head of the Guantanamo military commissions, says he cannot be prosecuted because he was tortured. This is no liberal pinko. This is a hard core. life long, highly experienced Republican. Jane Mayer explains in detail, the month of Cheney authorized torture Qahtani was given in an entire chapter of her book "Dark Side", but to have a Bush Administration appointee publicly admit it, after W and Cheney and Rumy and Gonzo have all denied it, is remarkable.

Winters in The Hague really suck. No one from the current administration should ever attempt to travel abroad once they leave office.
