He's done almost nothing he said he would. He might as well be a republican. "every single thing?" if only.
ReplyDeleteAlmost nothing, I agree. He did (without the inept and incompetent Congress) make student loans more efficient by removing the lamprey-do-nothing banks as middle men, he initiated HARP II which will let DDF and I refinance our grossly underwater home, and he's encouraged businesses to hire returning war veterans, even giving them tax incentives if they do (which Jim DeMint of my former SC voted against). Very sad when I can think of only 3 things he's done that are worth noting in nearly 3 years.
ReplyDeleteObama has been a vast disappointment, but the Republican alternatives are much worse. Even Huntsman, the most reasonable one, who trusts Science and who has actual foreign policy experience would be a compromise.
