BBC is skeptical this morning... saying they cannot verify the American reports. Bush and Cheney deactivated the CIA office that was trying to track and find Osama - clueless evil despicable asses that they were... so it is refreshing if a DEMOCRATIC president's executive branch ordered military action killed this 13th century throw-back megalomaniac. Il faut voir.

Ok, he's dead. One very bad guy gone, millions more ready to step up into his place.. but most of them are not sons of billionaires, and have much fewer means to carry out their desire to go back to the 13th century.
ReplyDeleteIt was a nice touch that the US military gave Osama a Muslim funeral, at sea. No hangings or beheadings or torture or parading of the corpse like Saddam's sons got. Would be nice to see DNA evidence that it was really him, to shut up the doubters.
The BBC's coverage of interviews with jubilant Americans is despicable. I cannot bear to watch CNN for more than 1 or 2 minutes with their inane "interviews."
