Cold Water Returns

The cold water (link here) is once again cold here in Phoenix.  I returned from a week of training in Upstate NY and found that the shower here chez JustJoeP was quite chilly!   The pool was even colder... 66F, yikes!  So from now, until next May or June, we'll start to pay slightly more in actual gas charges than we do for "delivery" and "account" and "fuel" charges ("fuel" - um, it's a pipeline, not a truck delivery... but if the gas company wants to charge me for the increase in price to burn natural gas into the gas turbines it uses to pump up the pipeline, who am I to fight it?).
