I had no idea it was Gabriele Gifford's appearance and "Yes" vote in the House chamber that "broke the dam" on the voting, which until the Arizona Representative's appearance, looked like ti was not going to pass.

I also had no idea that when the Republicans get '98% of what they wanted' (Pravda link here), that Wisconsin Representative Paul Ryan calls that a "bi partisan compromise".  Remarkable how some people can see things as equitable.
