President Obama and his family visited the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone National Parks this last weekend, and that got me looking at lists of national park and recreation area names in the Western US.Maybe it's time for the state of California and the US Department of the Interior to consider renaming this area, no? I've never been there, and I have no desire to go there, being happily married.
