Not Herding Cats

Walking them, probably in France...  as it's been in France where I've seen more than one cat on a leash.  I bet this is one queue of disgruntled pussies on leashes.

    why disgruntled? my kitty goes out only on a leash (unless he escapes). He is actually good with the leash and I tie it up to the tree branch in back while he eats grass and wanders around the back yard. And, I garden or some such.
