Last week, I finished off a bottle of Ombretta Chianti 2006 from Fresh & Easy. $5.99 A good Chianti. Not awesome, but drinkable. Aged well over the 3 days it took to finish it. Once again the DOCG does it's regulatory duty in providing a drinkable, inexpensive Italian red. Others appear to have enjoyed it as well, here and here, here and here.
