In Teabagging News...

I chuckle (being a little sophomoric deep down inside) each time I hear about "tea bagging" lately. Since I do not earn more than $250K a year or more, I know my taxes are not going up, and I have no reason to "go to the streets" or to publicly express any misplaced desire to dip or rub anything into liquid, or someone's face, or... wherever. I did a few google searches that had amusing results:

the basic: teabagging
the more detailed: teabagging someone
the misguided: teabagging republicans
TDS's version: teabagging + jolly green giant

The radio and television are rife with references to "teabags" and "tea bagging" today. I'm enjoying my pomegranate white tea, from Fresh & Easy.

  1. I'm thinking that the teabaggers could really use a cup of delicious Zen tea. Delicious AND relaxing.

  2. Such delusions of grandeur! "Grass Roots Movement" - my ass! Dick Armee's law firm, who lobbies for AIG, helped to organize some of the protests. FNC sponsored all of them, and ran it as their banner across the tops of screens. Rachel Maddow had great summary and coverage of it here and here. The attendees were "people of non color" - LMAO! "Obama is Hitler", "Chairman Maobama", "Senator Clinton", "Obama is a secret Muslim", "Stand Idly by as some Kenyan tries to destroy America", "American Taxpayers are the Jews of Obama's ovens". What a bunch of sore losers! (and by "sore" I also mean racist, delusional, radical, lack-luster, mis-guided, impotent, confused, and angry).

And yes, the tea baggers used PARKS! Parks??? Really? Parks?? Parks are SUPPORTED by taxes... and these people don't want to pay taxes... what a bunch of hypocrites!
