41st on international relations, right behind W.H.Harrison
Professor Edna Medford, of Howard University talked about the results of the Presidential Survey she's published on NPR yesterday. The survey is done every 10 years. W ranks 41st on international relations. Dead last at 42, was William Henry Harrison, who died 32 days after his inauguration. Wow, W's legacy ranks higher, globally, than someone who spent his entire 1 month presidency suffering from pneumonia and pleurisy.

Shouldn't Harrison have edged him out, on the grounds that Harrison could not possibly have made any relations worse during his brief tenure?
ReplyDeleteI do not disagree... but I am not one of the 60 historians who gave input to the survey.
