Saint-Esprit, Cotes Du Rhone (appellation Cotes du Rhone Controlee), Delas 2010. Raised and Bottled by the Delas brothers in Tournon Sur Rhone, France, this was a delicious wine. Dr Desert Flower got it at Total Wine for less than $12, and we enjoyed it at home over dinner last month. I've actually had dinner in Tournon many years ago, when I visited a small satellite factory from a French supplier that was making excellent quality parts for my employer. We had a great bottle of wine with that dinner - it was a Rhone wine from the region, as I recall, and it was the advent of my wine awakening.
