Positive News... if it doesn't Implode

Andrew Sullivan had this story last week, that I kept meaning to post & refer to, but have neglected to do so until today (link here). No combat deaths in Iraq in December 2009, the first month this has happened, in 6 years. 6 years of un-needed, meaningless, avoidable deaths. So there is a glimmer of hope... if the situation there does not implode on sectarian lines, again this year. Il faut voir.
