We hiked in the Chiricahua mountains this morning, in the SE corner of Arizona. Lovely weather. Beautiful scenery. A
National Park not over-whelmed with visitors on a holiday weekend. Dr. Fragile Desert Flower's knees gave out, precluding a full day of hiking, but it was a nice day even with the fore-shortened hikes. Pics to follow tomorrow. Good to be home and sleeping in my own bed tonight. Holiday Inn Express Sierra Vista SUCKED - last minute reservations, lowered expectations.

ReplyDeleteIt was an awesome vacation. I just wish I would have agreed to go a year or two earlier when DDF first mentioned it. Sometimes, I am slow to adopt change.
