Obama picks Craig Fugate to run FEMA. Sadly, Fugate has only coordinated the responses to multiple hurricanes in Florida (just
4 of them criss-crossing the state in 2005). He's never run a single
Arabian Horse event, and he never
asked if he could quit during any of the hurricane recoveries in Florida. What is Obama thinking with selections like this?
